SUBMISSION OF FINAL VERSION OF ACCEPTED PAPERS


Final Version Due: July 7, 2006, 8 PM EDT (FIRM)
Authors MUST Register for Conference before Final Upload

1. Register for the conference

At least one author must register for the conference by 7 July noon (EST), 2006 as the presenter. ComSoc policy states that all accepted IEEE SECON 2006 technical paper presenters must register at the FULL member/non member rate. For authors presenting multiple papers, one FULL registration is valid for up to three papers.

For registration, go to: SECON 2006 On-line Registration for online registration or print this Registration Form (PDF) and follow the instructions on the form.

When you are done with the registration, you will be given a Registration Code, which will be needed to upload your paper.



2. Revise your paper

Please read the reviews and follow the reviewers recommendations for revising your final paper. When you are done with revising, please print out your paper and proofread it.

The MAXIMUM page limit is 10 (TEN) 2-column pages in no smaller than 10 pt Times Roman font, formatted in IEEE conference style: extra pages are NOT ALLOWED.

The final version is due by: July 7, 2006, 8pm EDT (FIRM DEADLINE)

3. Audio/Visual Needs

There will be a LCD projector, overhead projector and laser pointer in each presentation room.

You will need to bring your own laptop computer to use the LCD projector.

4. Entry Into The US - VISA Assistance

Visa applications are now subject to a greater degree of scrutiny than in the past. For many applicants, a personal appearance interview is required as a standard part of visa processing. Additionally, applicants affected by these procedures are informed of the need for additional screening at the time they submit their applications and are being advised to expect delays. See the information in the  Visa Assistance section of the Web site for more information

6. Reprints

If you would to receive reprints of your paper please compete the Reprint Order Form and submit it with the appropriate payment by October 1, 2006.
